- Subjects: any
- Applicants must be enrolled in a regular full-time degree course and resident in Germany; exchange and programme students are excluded.
- Applicants must provide evidence of financial need and an impairment, such as disability or chronic illness, or a refugee background.
- LMU does not allow simultaneous applications for this, its Study Scholarship and its Completion Scholarship.
- The award cannot be held alongside other funding.
