What exactly do I get?

How much is it in United States?
$49.99 a year, about $4.17 a month, or $4.99 a week (about $0.71 a day). Prices are set per country, in your own currency, not converted from dollars on the day.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, by card, apple pay or google pay. You pay on Stripe's secure page, so Japper never sees your card number.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, on the card you paid with: once a year on the yearly plan, every week on the weekly plan. You can turn that off any time in settings. Yearly members get a reminder 14 days and 3 days before it renews; weekly members don't get a notice each week.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. On the yearly plan you can ask for a full refund from settings for 14 days after you pay. On the weekly plan it's 48 hours after you pay, for your latest weekly payment. After that, write to hello@japper.app.
Is there a limit on anything?
A fair-use allowance each month keeps the human-backed parts affordable: 60 minutes of voice calls with Jappy, 5 document or SOP checks, 600 chat messages and 60 live research questions.
Does it work in the app too?
Yes. One membership unlocks Japper on the web and in the app. In the app you can also join through the App Store or Google Play.
Is Jappy giving me legal advice?
Japper is an AI immigration assistant. It gives general information from official sources, not legal advice, and it can be wrong. For your own case, ask a licensed advisor.
