Who can apply
- Open to people from Bangladesh, Belize, Botswana, Dominica, Eswatini, Fiji, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, India and 31 more
- For Master's study
- Subjects: any
- Applicants must apply both through CSC Central and to a participating nominator; the CSC does not accept direct applications without nomination.
- Applicants must be permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country.
- A lower second-class degree may qualify when accompanied by a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- The CSC does not fund MBAs under this scheme.
- Scholars must undertake to return home after the award.
