- One scholarship may be awarded for 2027–2028.
- US students living in the Netherlands, and applicants who also have Dutch or other EU citizenship, are not eligible.
- Erasmus Mundus and joint or double-degree master’s programmes are excluded.
- The university also pays the residence-permit costs.
