  • For Master's, PhD, Undergraduate study
  • Subjects: any
  • The listed nationalities are from VIAA’s 2026/27 eligibility list; the 2027/28 list has not yet been published. For Belgium, VIAA specifies the Wallonia–Brussels Federation.
  • A designated contact at the Latvian institution must provide a confirmation letter before the scholarship application.
  • Undergraduates must have completed at least one academic year of higher education.
  • Recipients must reapply for another year and cannot hold this alongside another scholarship.
  • Students arrange their own insurance; the scholarship is not enough to cover all study and living costs.
