Who can apply

- Not open to people from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece and 20 more
- For Master's study
- Subjects: Law
- Aged 35 or under
- Applicants need a GPA of at least 7.5 out of 10 and a proven contribution to human rights or the rule of law.
- An allocated room is compulsory and is paid for from the living allowance.
