- Not open to people from Australia and New Zealand
- For Undergraduate, Master's study
- Subjects: any
- Applicants must be new to AUT or new to their programme, have an offer and agree to live in the specified accommodation from 6 February to 13 November 2027.
- The rebate does not cover the accommodation application fee, residential life fee or security deposit.
