You must be paid whichever is higher: £39,100 per year or the going rate for your occupation. The job must also pay at least the minimum wage and follow UK rules on working hours.

You must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to at least CEFR level B2. The page lists qualifying school or degree evidence and an approved Secure English Language Test as ways to prove this; some applicants do not need to prove it again.
