1. Get ready

     After the visa is obtained, the higher education institution emails a copy to a student who is outside Oman.

5. Settle in

   • Obtain your residence card

     The higher education institution prepares the residence-card documents, and the student goes to the Royal Oman Police directorate to obtain the card.
