Can Japper get me a visa?

No. Japper is an AI immigration assistant: it gives general information from official sources, not legal advice, and never applies for a visa on your behalf. Its answers can be wrong, so check the source. For your own case, book a licensed advisor (coming soon to Japper); we check every advisor's licence before they get a badge.
