How do I delete my account?

• On the web: open Profile, go to Your data and tap Delete my account. Type "delete" to confirm.
• In the app: open Profile, then Settings, and tap Delete my account at the bottom.

You're signed out straight away, and a membership paid on the web that renews by itself stops renewing. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your store settings too. Your personal data is removed after 30 days; payment records we're required by law to keep are kept for that purpose only, without your name.

Deleting doesn't refund a payment by itself, so ask us first if you'd like one. Changed your mind within the 30 days? Message us here. Want a copy first? Use Download my data on the web.
